Fossum Surgery Textbook Question

Did anyone get the Evolve package for the Small Animal Surgery Textbook by Fossum? The cost difference between just the textbook and the Evolve is quite a bit more and I wanted to see what "extras" came with the package and whether it was worth it.

I know when I bought the textbook I got the package that also gave online access to the book. I remember it was a bit more expensive but totally worth it for clinics and labs (so you can print out descriptions or pictures of a procedure).
