Those sort of stats aren't too easy to come by. However, if you're willing to go ANYWHERE in California, it shouldn't be a major problem. I'm pretty sure UCSF doesn't even always fill up its FP residency positions in Fresno and Davis offers some similiar positions elsewhere in the Central Valley. Now if you actually wanted to go to the Bay Area or Southern CA, that'll be a different issue.
