FP to Neurology.. when??

I am totally confused right now. I am an IMG, never wanted to do FP but still applied in FP and got matched for 2006 in california. I did that because of my low scores ( 76/87-2nd attempt) and lack of confidence. But just after the match day I realized that I made the biggest mistake of my life and now i want to switch to neuro at any cost. I mean even after 3yrs of FP.
But I wanted to know if is there any way i can save my 3yrs. According to my knowledge, we nne to apply to neuro 2yrs ahead of time. And in order to meet the neuro requirement, I need to complete 2yrs of FP . SO accordingly I should apply in 2006 for 2008. But donn want to tell my PD about this even before start of the resodency and also should I mention about my FP residency in my neuro CV.

Please help me.

You should be up front and honest with your PD and everyone else, it will be a lot easier if you're not being deceptive and they may even help you out. People switch every year and they dont want to keep you in their program against your will if you dont want to be there.
