This question is asked about 5 times a day. A simple search of 'Frap' or 'Frapped' would have answered your question in much less time than it took me to write out this response.
Anyway, Frap is just a question on the Bio section of a specific version of the DAT, which is also accompanied by an Ethics passage in the reading comprehension section. Hence the phrase "I just got Frapped."
