Freaking out about match help!!!

Hey guys so something has been freaking me out recently. For this match I actually applied to internal medicine as a back up. With radiology as my primary. I have radiology positions ranked ahead of my internal medicine with preliminary surgery on the supplemental ranked list. Now I am afraid what if I rank into a prelim surgery instead of internal medicine if i dont get radiology? I'm freaking out now, cause id much rather match internal medicine than preliminary surgery. Help guys thank you.
