So I'm not the best medical student in the world, I scored between 59 and 72 on most shelf exams (failed 2) and with tons and tons of time to study for Step 1 I did get a 215 which I was happy with. However, I have less time now and my palms are dripping in sweat.

Right now I have exactly 3 weeks to get ready for Step 2 with just one residency interview to go to during that time and not much else to worry about to distract me, just a few projects and errands.

I just got USMLE world, I also have Crush, First Aid, Boards and Wards and Secrets is on the way in the mail.

I just starting by trying to read Crush cover to cover and I'm freaking out and feeling like I am already wasting my time even though it is very concise and easy to read, I am not sure I will learn anything by just reading it.

I want to do well, at least the same as on Step 1 but frankly I'm not sure I'm willing to bust my ass for a better score and I'm wondering what people think the minimum I should do is to get at least a 210, etc.

I learn best by doing questions, when I read I start to space out and get lazy. Would anyone advise against just doing questions with books just for reference?

Should I get Kaplan questions too or just USMLE world?

Again, exactly three weeks and I have 8 residency interviews or so already so I'm mostly worried about my score going down at this point versus trying to impress and get more interviews.

Thanks!
