Current Clinical Strategies is a series of handbooks avaialble for the the major medical disciplines. The books contain templates of notes and admitting orders, basic outline reviews, and treatment guidelines for common problems. The books go for $15-20 in bookstores, but they can be downloaded for free on the CCS Publishing website.

Click on "Download Digital Books and Updates" at the top of the page. When you click on a title to download, it asks you for a username and password. Both are the first 4 numbers of the ISBN for that book, which you can find on the previous page.
Of course, having the physical book is much more practical, which is why I suppose the company can afford to publish them electronically. But, this is a nice way to preview them to see if they might be useful to you. I really like this series because the books are very concise but still give you the info you need when you get pimped.
