Dear fellow applicants,
I noticed another thread about the topic of typing up secondaries, and how one would go about doing this, and so I decided to do a search and see if I could find a program within my budget (free 😀) that allowed you to fill out PDFs. I found this program called CutePDF Form Filler at this link: http://www.download.com/CutePDF-Form-Filler/3000-2378-10212023.html?tag=lst-0-7
Keep in mind that this program does not allow one to edit a PDF by adding text boxes, etc. (I'm still working on finding a program to do this), however, if the PDF file does have boxes already in it, it allows you to fill it out. For example, I used this program to fill out Einstein's secondary app. Anyway, I hope this helps with some of your secondaries and best of luck!
