I am starting this thread on free stuff pod students can get like study aids, shoes, instruments, .....etc If you know a way to get something for free, please share with us

There is a suturing manual that the company Ethicon provides to students free of charge. Go to ethicon website ethicon.com, click on "contact us" on the menu bar, go to student requests on the subject bar, and send them an email with your request, mailing address and school info and they will send you a manual.
