Was anyone else involved in the 1000 Series free toothbrush issue with P&G (dentalcare.com)?
Basically, their website offered the 1000 series toothbrush for $0 with $0 shipping when you clicked on a link they sent out to dental students in June. The link was in an email from P&G for a "promotional offer" for the toothbrush. P&G called 3 months later and told us that the toothbrushes weren't free and asked us to send them back.
They told us it was an east coast to west coast problem. Just wondering if anyone on here was involved.
