I was wondering if anyone knew about the free USMLE practice test. How does the difficulty and subject break down compare to the real thing? Is the medfriends.org score estimator accurate at all? Any other thoughts that anyone has on it are also appreciated. Thanks!

The Free 150 is way easier than the real thing; the curve is much too lenient as well.

I'd honestly just do an NBME if you wanted to know where you were.
