fresh produce/groceries?

I guess this post will be deemed silly by some, but if you're from CA you'll at least understand where I'm coming from ;-)

Just wondering what the food is like on Grenada, Dominica and St Maarten??? Both in the cafeteria, at restaurants in town, etc... do farmer's markets exist?

mostly, is it easy to get fresh fruits and vegetables?
