Friendly Anesthesia Programs

It seems hard to find information about resident satisfaction and the ambience at anesthesiology programs. I have heard conflicting reports about some programs. For instance, I heard U of Michigan residents have a pretty nice lifestyle, but then another person I talked to said it was malignant. I only know about UNC which, overall, has friendly attendings, a nurturing atmosphere, good lifestyle, and generally happy residents. If anyone knows the real story on other reputable programs, please post.
