Something that doesn't happen everyday. Vortioxetine (Brintellix) was apparently getting prescribed/dispensed as ticagrelor (Brilinta) due to brand name similarities. Yesterday the FDA approved a name change to 'Trintellix'
I'm skeptical that a once daily antidepressant gets prescribed/dispensed as a BID antiplatelet agent enough to warrant this...
