From Engineering to Medical School... question?

Can someone who got an undergrad in engineering, and then went to medical school , how different was it? How much longer did you study, or less? Much more difficult or the same ?

Less deductive reasoning and more memorization.

Engineers detest memorization as there's little thinking involved but that's the way it goes in med school. Also, forget all the math other than algebra and statistics. You won't use it ever. Most exams are multiple choice, too, except for some oral exams later on in your education. Either you know the answer or you don't. There is no guessing in orals.

Mathematics GPA: 3.65 😳
Biology GPA: 3.4 🙁
MCAT: 37 😀

If you're good at analytics and bad at memorizing, you'll have a hard time in biology/orgo, but a great time on the MCAT.
