First of all, you have to take all the perquisites. I think the only prerequisite that can be transferred from nursing are Anatomy & Physiology I & II. The science prerequisite are similar to those required for pre-meds.
You might have received more response if you posted in pre-pharmacy section.

humm. .. maybe if you have time you can get some pharmacy experience. It shows your motivation. You can take the pharmacy technician certification exam and get certified and then work as needed on your free time. That's what I'm planning to do next year. I think they are starting registration now for next year. Although not necessary, many employers asked for the certification. Maybe you can ask for volunteering in pharmacy.
