Hi guys,
I'm an european med-student. My dream is to practice in Canada but since I know that the path is nearly impossibly for IMGs, do the residency in UK (no visa required) or in US could be a solution.
So my question is: which is easier? UK residency, US residency (do Canadians matter if the residency university is not a top tier one?) or try as an IMG to attend a residency in Canada?

US residency, then work in Canada
Getting into Canada for residency is near impossible, but a US residency=a canadian residency

US residency for sure because they are equivalent but UK residency is also ok too especially in some fields (FM, any specialty with advanced fellowship) but not sure about others.
