What does that mean?? I'm referring to the transcript matching forms. Is that the institution we attended in undergrad?

Any help would be great!

Yes, the full name of the undergrad institution you are getting the transcripts from. For example FIU: Florida International University

So it's kind of a redundant field then, since up at top the institution name is already pre-filled.

Yeah it's redundant. I called AADSAS rep. And they told me to only sign lol. I filled it out anyways tho! ;D
