I've discussed at length the topic of "full scope OMFS practices" with faculty at my program. For those who are out in practice, what have you done to incorporate all aspects of the specialty? What challenges have you encountered? If you did a fellowship, how did you incorporate your additional training into your practice and do you believe it changed the way you practice currently had you not done it?
