What kind of questions can you ask that's away from the usual, "how do your students perform on national board exams?"

I want to ask something really light-hearted and so far am not successful in coming up with one. Help!

if you play golf and are asked about your handicap, here's a couple of idears:
my swing, or
70-80, but i usually don't play when the temperature's cooler than that.

Teaching opportunities?
Elective courses for upper-level students?
Clinical rotations?
Externships available?
Mentoring program for first-years (either faculty mentor, student mentor, or both)?
Tutoring available for students overwhelmed by academics?
The school's greatest strength?
Attrition rate?
Whether the interviewer enjoys being a faculty member there?
