Hey guys,

I just came back from the Dragon again.....FUN!!! For those of you who don't know about the dragon....check out this website: www.killboy.com


After years of riding, I've finally learned how to scrap my footpegs and drag my knee in a corner!!!

I'll have a new avatar soon...


On another note. I'm having problems with an online store. I bought helmet from them..$500 + bucks....7 weeks ago....they've billed me the day I ordered it, and I still don't have the helmet. I cancelled my order, but they won't give me my money back....

I was wonder if the folks here would help me harrass this company. They've stopped answering my e-mails and calls.

Did you call your credit card company and dispute the charge? No need to fight the online folks by yourself.

Notify the credit card company to start busting them in the ass and if they don't make it work or won't move fast enough, PM me.

Do they have a website? This is often an easy way to get the names of people that work there. Especially if it is a smaller-size company.

I've been battling people calling my home phone with their fax machines at all hours of the night. I don't even own a fax machine, so I finally hooked up my computer to receive the faxes at night while I unplug my phone. Calls to whoever answers the phone for these companies have been pretty fruitless. So now I use the internet for a few minutes to find names of employees and especially owners/CEOs or whatever. It's easy enough to look up their home phone number on www.superpages.com. Then I simply call them at home to express my complaints. They take me WAY more seriously that way and the faxes magically stop the next day.
 
I've disputed the charge with AMEX and called the BBB.

The time frame for both the BBB and AMEX is like 6 weeks from the time of complaint.

This company is really pissing me off.

They have supposedly shipped me my helmet yesterday (which I cancelled 4 weeks ago), so we'll see.

If things don't work out, I was hoping for multiple spams from friends on the internet, and multiple calls to their toll-free numbers from people around the country....my aim...tie up their e-mail server and run up enough of a phone bill to cost them the price of my helmet. 😡
