Funding at CMU or UF

I have gotten some really good advice from everyone on this site before, so thanks ahead of time! I was wondering if anyone knows anything about funding at Central Michigan or University of Florida (both PhD programs). The program websites for these two programs don't seem to mention a lot about it, which makes me think that there isn't full funding. If anyone has any information, please let me know. Funding is a really important issue for me, as it is to most I'm sure. Thanks again!

UF, I believe is tuitition plus stipend.

cmu also gives full funding but u can check on the website for confirmation
