Great for Medical School Rotations or Assignments (Weekly, Monthly or Long Term). Furnished Private Rooms for rent in a 4 bedroom/2 bath room duplex unit owned by a healthcare professional working at the Texas Medical Center for the past 20 years.
The Duplex is within 1 minute walk to the new Baylor Outpatient Clinic and Texas Children's Pavilion for Women. It is facing the Texas Medical Center Campus almost next door to the Holiday Inn (Intersection of Main St. and Holcombe Blvd.) at the Texas Medical Center. Free parking by permit. It is as close to the Medical Center as a residential neighborhood can be.
Bedrooms are furnished with king, queen or full size bed, bed sheets, pillows, comforter, desk, lamp, chair, mirror, trash can, etc. Full use of the common areas (Kitchen, family room, dinning/activity room, laundry, yard, etc.). Washer and dryer provided. Cookwares, silverware, utensils, glassware, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, oven, provided. TV, DVD player, and Digital 5.1 stereo system in living room. Basic utilities such as water, gas and electricity is included. Internet access provided. No pet, no loud parties. Close to EVERYTHING! Within walking or biking distance to MOST hospitals (MD Anderson, St. Luke's, Texas Children's, Methodist, Hermann, Baylor Outpatient Clinic, etc.), medical schools (Baylor College of Medicine, UT Houston Medical/Dental School) and Rice University jogging trails.
The Duplex is rented primarily by medical doctors & students, health professionals, working professionals and graduate students. Past or current occupants include physicians, medical residents/interns, Post Docs, PhD/professors, healthcare and other professionals needing short or long term stay in the Medical Center area.
