Which speciality in ophthalmology do you all think has the most exciting research or future advancements in the works?

Glaucoma is pretty hot right now with minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). Retina is popular and new therapies seem to be in the pipeline for Geographic atrophy/ AMD, PDR.
Also Drug delivery methods are maturing as well so people may have better luck with old drugs but more advanced and localized treatments.
