Future classes and application

I will be applying to the schools during this summer. Now there is a section on the application which asks to enter the Fall and Spring semester courses.
For the Fall semester, its still not completely sure between two of the classes.

Apart from the other guaranteed classes, either i will take a Material Science Class or Cell Biology.
Cell biology is full so i am not sure if will be able to get in. Although I will, for sure will get in the Material Science class.
But even if i register for the materials class and would get into Cell biology then Cell biology would be my preference.
And then in that case my spring semester class schedule will also change where this material science classes will be shifted to.

So my class schedule might change after i will submit my application.
Any suggestions what to do?

you can call up AADSAS to ask what to do. I called them about it last year and they basically just said you can put whatever you want there, if you want to put your tentative class schedule do that, or you can leave it blank except for the classes you KNOW you're going to take.
