I have a quick question.... Where and how do we indicated future activities?

No, you don't. You can't update your ECs, personal statement, or any of that after submitting.

You can only do an academic update between November - February (if you have new grades).

To the original poster,

I would caution, depending on what you are going to put down for a future EC. I would put it down if it's a for sure thing, since they might ask about it during interviews. Examples could be: leadership positions, humanitarian missions in the summer, etc. I'm not sure how to go about it, but I think you can write down the month that you think it will start, which would be a future month.
