This is not a NP vs. MD debate thread.
I am just curious as to how doctors and residents are seeing the changing roles of NP, DNPs, and PAs in thier hospital. Does it pose the hostile takeover many believe?
Keep in mind i did a google search on all the NP MD debate, i don't want read about philophies, and predictions and other crap. I just want to see how residents and doctors interactions and responsibilities are changing do to increase midlevel practice rights. Is its helping? Hurting? Do you think any dubious claims about them replacing us are realistic based on your experience?
Thanx for the imput in advance
