FYI AADSAS MAY NOT ACCEPT INTERFOLIO this upcoming cycle

Just FYI for any pre-dents applying this upcoming cycle. AADSAS may not be accepting Interfolio this upcoming cycle. If you can I would hold off sending letters and/or buying interfolio.

Seems like AADSAS customer service hasn’t been really kept in the loop either as different reps have different opinions.

That's very messed up and uncalled for!
This website was very helpful and I used it for 2 years! I didn't have to ask the professors again for new LOR!
What's wrong with them!
It even let me know if the person who wrote my letter used letterhead or not, for example, my dentist didn't, so I contacted him again and he sent another LOR to the website!
It's like one of this Organization woke up and thought, oh let us know a new way to screw applicants over!
Oh, I just know how! Let make them ask their professors for another LOR after they have already put one 6 months ago!

Yeah I generally told people to check if their school had health professions committee because I wouldn't trust third parties since things like this can happen. It is just shocking they are thinking of doing this a month before the application opens.

I confirmed with AADSAS today that they will be accepting interfolio. I sent them an email expressing the concern of the students. They were debating about changing it, but I’m positive students complaining and calling about it lead them to dropping the idea for now.

I still wouldn't trust third party sites with this unless i had to (ex. out of school for a while)
