Has anyone seen Q in real DAT where you needed constants and it wasn't given...e.g. plank, Rydberg etc.

I believe Avogadro and light constant are exception which I believe one should know for DAT.

Any other, top of mind, you think one should know for exam?

I haven't seen it on the DAT. As far as I know, constants are always given if needed for a calculation. There are way to many to memorize. You should be good with light constant and avogadro.

Really?! This comes as news to me. So we should just memorize equations and forget about the constants, then? I'd hate to have this come and bite me in the ***** and not be able to answer a problem because I forgot a value to plug-in to an equation that I know.

i had one on ideal gas law today
the R value was given, with the units too.
