i thought Chad said battery was electrolytic? so non-spontaneous.. im confused!!! help!!

rechargeable batteries can be both voltaic and electrolytic since they can power up a device but also need electricity to charge itself. the question is asking about regular batteries, i.e AA, AAA, etc.
