Could someone please explain the mechanism of galactocoele development associated with long-term OCP-use?

I have nothing to add, I really don't see the connection with birth control...I don't even remember learning what galactocele is. Oddly enough its the most common breast lesion in lactating women for anyone who's interested in knowing this fun fact. It's pretty gnarly looking should anyone be inclined to Google it 🙂

There's a lot of stuff not in FA.
