The epithelium is lined with simple columnar. No modifications that I know of. 🙂

Stereocilia is usually only found in the genitals and the inner ear. I would have to go with simple columnar.🙂

The site mentions how it differs from that of the small intestine so I would interpret "stubby" as the lack of microvilli or at least not a prominent.
