So I'm planning on doing a SICU rotation in Feb of 2012, and I already know that I won't be allowed any extra days off for interviews during that time...so my big question: do programs frequently interview all the way into february? if so, then can someone give me a list of programs that they interviewed atin feb?

I think you'll be in the clear.

I interviewed in Nov/Dec 2008 and Jan/Feb 2009. The latest interview I attended was at Duke on Feb 2nd, which was the last interview day they offered that year. Most programs, to my recollection, did not offer February interview days.

If you run into an issue on the SICU rotation, try to see if talking directly to the attending on service about taking a day off...with all due respect to the 4th year medical student's academic prowess, you will likely not be the single strand of glue that holds the entire SICU together, and they will be able to survive one day without you.

Out of the 13 interviews I was offered, only 2 of them even had February dates as options. Your brain will have checked out of interview season long before that anyway.
