Hi all,
Been a long time since I've been on here, but...now that I'm officially Nupe M.D., I'd like to know a couple things:
1. I'm doing a prelim in surgery right now. A colleague told me that there is a surgery website that lists programs with openings for the upcoming year (I don't know if this includes the ones involved with the Match or not). Does Anesthesiology have such a site where PGY-1s can look for CA-1 positions?
2. From those who have experience, how much of a factor (added help) is it for a person applying to programs to have an intern year already under their belt? More specifically, since the scores haven't changed (unless you took Step 3), is it the letters that get you in?
3. Final question - is there a site that displys programs available outside the Match?
