Gaswork job listings for Kaiser SoCal- any insights?

I saw a few Kaiser Socal jobs on gaswork today

Last year I applied for a position at one of the sites. Recruiter contacted me for further information. Shortly after I decided to work at another gig and did not proceed further. A few months later got an email from the recruiter saying the position was filled.

Per SDN, Kaiser SoCal is highly sought after. So why is there another opening at the same location so soon?

The reason for me is that my spouse changed to a job close to the site. I am more interested now.

Why does everyone on this board always assume the worst if a spot opens up somewhere? Be it in a residency position, job listing, etc. People relocate for dozens of reasons and not all of them are ominous.

I feel like it's not that there is an opening, but that the job opening is on gaswork.

Kaiser has enrolled a MASSIVE number of patients in recent years. They have the volume. People I know who work there are happy.
