Hi,
I would like to know which sources is better for GC and OC? Destroyer ot bootcamp. I have watched Chad's videos and I took notes from those videos.

Thanks,

I used primarily the Destroyer and I would definitely recommend it to everyone 🙂

If you have time, both.

Destroyer is great to get hard problems and learn in depth how to do what you need. But in my opinion bootcamp is so amazing because is simulates the feel of the real thing.

If it's a money issue it is well worth the investment you can't put a price on it (plus it really isn't going to break the bank).

If it's a time issue I would say destroyer (but you could definitely have time to do a few bootcamp test they aren't that long)

I'd have to disagree and say bootcamp. I took my DAT this week and compared to the real thing, Destroyer was overkill. Bootcamp's Chem was more representative. Either way, Chads is better than both of them. The Chem section I had was probably 65-70% conceptual too.

From many years of working with students preparing for the DAT I know without a doubt not all DAT tests are the same and some tests might be 60-70 percent conceptual and another test might be 70 percent calculations. It is important to prepare for whatever may come your way and there is no way to predict what type of test you will be presented on test day. The same holds true for all sections of the DAT, many different versions exist.

Good luck to all taking the DAT

I took the test twice and mine was mostly calculation based, so not all are tests same ratio. Also my choice to study not only the GC and OC, but the BIO is the destroyer. This book saved me (I scored a 17 the first time and a 23 the second time with destroyer), and helped me the most in earning my score. I didn't really find bootcamp to be helpful. Hope this helps!
