K = 2 = ([CO]^2)/[CO2]
C(s) + CO2(g) --> 2CO(g)
They ask for [CO], which is 1, which was also the 1st answer I got. But then I tried to do some other thing that gave me a diff answer....
C(s) + CO2(g) --> 2CO(g)
-x +2x
K = 2 = ([CO]^2)/[CO2] = [2x^2]/0.5 =2 ---> 4x^2 = 1 ---> x^2= 1/4 ---> x= 1/2
I don't see why this way of working it isn't reasonable and procures a different answer.
