D is false because it says all molecules have the same kinetic energy at a constant temperature. Would it be right if it said all molecules have the same average kinetic energy at a constant temperature.
 
That's what I got out of Chad's video on that topic. I assume "average" is the key word
 
Yup. The individual molecules themselves do not have exactly the same kinetic energy. At a given time however, the average of kinetic energy of the whole set of molecules will not change, unless the temperature is changed.
