Question 120 in gen Chem 2017. I choose A just because I though we don't mix acid together because they would cause exothermic reaction! I'm little confuse on that.

When you mix acids together, it may be exo or endo thermic depending on what type of interactions are going to be formed between them. Here there is no reaction between them. But may be H-bonds are going to be formed.
