Two questions:

1. I submitted my transcripts before spring grades were released. One of my spring courses was a pre-req, and I need to list it on the secondary. Do I enter the grade I received after submitting my transcript or the grade on my AMCAS verified transcript?

2. I'm not sure about my ACT score (I usually guess 23, but it's just a guess). Is it a big deal if I don't include on the secondaries that ask?

1. I would list the grade, if they want independent confirmation they will ask for an update transcript

2. I wouldn't worry about it too much, it was from high school after all.

you're probably best of calling around and seeing what they want. I took a pre-req course in my final year, and was accepted before the grade was mailed to the school. They were just happy that I was meeting the requirement of having an English credit before matriculating.
