General Chem on the DAT

For the last 10-15 min I've been browsing through peoples dat score postings and comparing that w/ how they did on topscore. Every one I have looked at has averaged about 4-7 points higher on the actual GChem section. Is topscore really that hard in Gchem? Or is the actual test really that easy? Or maybe you SDN folk are just dang good guessers....😉
lol, my test is Wednesday at 1:00, can't sleep and looking for some positive reinforcement....😀

ummmmmm....i cant do gchem to save my life, so i guess im just a good guesser. youve been practicing alot, and ive heard the dat<topscore in terms of difficulty. itll be fine 🙂 good luck! try and 😴

G. CHem is not my favorite topic either. I am really frreakin out bout it. My test is Sept 10. I ve been studying Kaplan mostly. I am currently reviewing G.chem and then will prolly take a full length by Friday on Topscore.

I thought G Chem was going to be horrible on the DAT too because I haven't had a G chem class in over 5 years. Topscore defn tests you on the hardest material and it was pretty tricky. I was getting really low scores (like 16-18) but the actual DAT turned out to be much more general and I had just a few calculations. Don't stress, seems like most people do a lot better on this section then they think they will. I ended with a decent score so if I can do I'm sure just about anyone can. GL
