Do you need to take Genetics for the DAT or is Bio 1 and 2, and Cellular Biochem enough? I plan on taking Genetics after the DAT so I was just wondering.

well, there is basic genetics on the test. the math aspect and basic allele function is easy to learn. what would hurt you is if there are any random questions about weird things in genetics like transposons or the way telomeres work...

No, do not wait to take a genetics class. Pick up a copy of Campbell's bio, and just learn the genetics in there. It is really basic stuff and you shouldn't need to know in depth detail.
