So I'm trying to get through my kaplan notes and was wondering if going through the genetics is worth my time? How many straight genetics questions are on usmle? Will I get enough genetics background from path?
while path covers stru. abnormalitis, kaplan does have mendelian inheritance, linkage, population genetics - hardy-weinberg eq, etc. they're 4 very small chapters. spending few hours on it might be a good idea and as for clinicals, rely on path.
