I was a post bac student at Georgetown University and will no longer be enrolled in the program and need to sublease my apartment. It is located one block from the Ballston Metro station in the Lincoln Towers Luxury Apartment Complex. It is a two bed two bath apartment and the building has a pool and exercise room. It also has multiple computer rooms with free printing and coffee. This is a very nice place to live and it has a nice view off of the balcony. My roommate is a second year in the post bac program and is friendly, quiet, and studious. The price ranges from 1050-1150 per month depending in utilities. Please pm with any questions.
