I've been reading a lot about this program on SDN and I've checked out the website. I've noticed that some people are saying that the UC schools do not consider your grades from this program and that it will not help you much if you want to get into one of the UC's. I was thinking that this program would be a great way to prove that you can handle med school since you take several classes with med students and if you do well, you really strenghten your app. Why would the UC's not consider the grades? I heard that GT sends out grades throughout the year so the schools can see your progress. I'm curious about what's the deal with the UC's. Can someone provide more detail about this??
