Georgetown vs. Rochester!!!!

Hey everyone, please help me decide....Georgetwon or Rochester?!?!

I am having the worst time deciding on my own. I loved both schools, but am especially drawn to Georgetown's location and Rochester's curriculum. I want to be in an urban area, but don't know if that desire outweighs the overall education at Rochester....Please help! Also, does anyone know anything about their residency matches? I'm going crazy trying to make this decision.... 😕

post your financial aid packages, that should help people give you advice as that is often the critical difference between US med schools. There is no known website with residency placements for each school, you have to search the individual school website for their results which are often hidden or password protected.

hi ck,
i don't have my financial numbers right now, but basically, that's the last of my worries....i'm going to be in debt regardless of the school i choose and both their tuititions/cost of living are about the same....a bit more at georgetown, but not extremely so..... 🙂

Rochester's match results for last year can be found in a brochure in the binder you were given on interview day...not sure about Georgetown. Good luck.
