i just watched this film "Georgia Rule" and in this film there is this veterinary working in a small town ( Hull , Ohio ) which cares for both humans and pets. and non of the people of the village calls for his licence cancellation. i wonder if this could be happening ? has anyone ever witnessed such a thing ? i mean maybe in Morrocco ( North Africa ) but in America ? even if it's a very small town ( like maximum of 2000 people ) is it possible ? i saw another movie recently "Babel" a veterinarian helps a woman who's shot by a rifle. but that's Africa . i've never witnessed such a thing so far around ( i'm in somewhere in the West Europe ) and i'm just curious.
