I would love to study medicine in germany and all the information I've found in past posts has been realy usefull so far. However, although I've been studying german for 5 years, I'm still not good enough. I plan on taking a semester or even a year to study german in Germany. Could anyone suggest where to do so?

The University in Münster is not a bad place to be. It's a nice town with a lot of historic buildings and a huge university with about 44 000 students. Here's a link.
