I have been accepted to medical school, and for health requirements, I need to get a TB test and Hep B quantitative blood test done. As of now, I don't have insurance, though I should have it before school starts, and I don't have alot of money now, also unemployed. What can I do/where should I look? I contacted the county health center, and should get forms later, but not sure if they will be able to work with me.

A county health department is often a good resource for getting these tests done cheaply. Also, if you acquire a healthcare related job, and even for some clinical volunteer positions, both are often done for free.

I get those done for free where I volunteer, is that an option?

If you are a student, check out the university health clinics. I was able to get my TB x-ray and Hep B blood work done for $50.
