Wicked good ones. I would give up now. Its just too hard. You definitely have to sacrifice your entire life in medical school to edge out your classmates by a few points on each test so you can get the residency of your dreams.
But seriously, learn what you can, study for tests, read about your patients and don't sweat the small stuff. I would also aim not to finish dead last in your class.
